Flux cored wire forming machine (flux cored wire rolling mill )

The forming machine is the soul of the flux cored wire machine line, it is also the hit product of our company. We made the further innovative and design on the base of after we absorb the home and abroad kinds of forming machine’s advantage. The main changing is the roller, after our company’s design, the efficiency have proved 50%, have the leading domestic level in China. The roller have the advantage of the high machining precision, easy to adjust, automatic feeding the powder, no powder will alarm,  powder filling small error, high productivity etc. Through change the roller, it could produce the flux cored wire, submerged arc welding wire, stainless steel flux cored wires etc. All using the variable frequency speed control system, PLC program control. The machine line using the touch screen setting the parameter and inspect the production.

1) Finished flux cored wire diameter: ф3.2—6.0mm (could design at buyer’s request.)

2) steel band width: 10-20mm, steel band thickness: 0.3-0.9mm

3) roller’s quantity and dimension: roller outsider diameter about 160mm. 8 pairs vertical roller control the steel band ‘s vertical direction , 6 pairs horizontal roller control the steel band’s horizontal direction, ensure the wire running stability. (The roller’s quantity could also increase or reduce.)

4) power filling system: powder filling percentage 15-50%, it could adjust randomly in the touch screen according to the powder’s weight. Automatic feeding powder, alarm when no powder. Powder filling percentage tolerance ≤±1％ (generally ±0.5％), it is stable and exact during the powder feeding process.

5) output wire speed: max 120m/min

6) annual output: 1500-3000tons.
